believe effective coaching is asking the right questions that lead you to the
discovery of your own truth. Self empowerment is the most powerful tool in
discovering your Self. It is providing a sounding board where you
can safely express yourself in a non-judgmental arena. Coaching is
being the observer, providing an unbiased perspective, offering support, focused
listening, and a comfortable environment in which to release built up pressures.
My style of coaching is focused on self empowerment. I believe we all have
the power within us to change what is not healthy for us.
There are times when you just need someone to listen to you and truly hear
what you are saying. You may have had a challenging moment, feeling
'beaten up' and would like to vent to someone. You may just
need a few understanding words or another perspective to be able to release the
feelings and move on.
You may be in search of your passion in life and have no clue of where to
start. Or, you may know what you want to do with your life but have no idea
where to begin. Coaching is an effective way to discover what you are all
about and what works and doesn't work for you. Learn how to tap into the
power within you. Through empowerment coaching you will take back your
life and live it the way you always dreamed of.
Phone sessions
Phone sessions start with a free 30 minute introduction session. This
session will acquaint you with me and how the sessions work. This will
give me an overview of who you are and what you would like to accomplish.
After the introductory session, you may book continuing sessions as you wish or
purchase a package.
The sessions run in 15 minute increments.
Packages
2 hours - $175.00; unlimited e-mail support
3 hours - $250.00; unlimited e-mail support
4 hours - $325.00; unlimited e-mail support

Teleconference group planning session - $75 per hour
Life planning sessions - getting to know your Self, releasing self-sabotaging
beliefs, living your dreams, tools of empowerment suited to you. Eight 1
hour personal working sessions including workbooks that are for self study.

Authenticity- Unmask the Real You - discovering, understanding, and
removing the mask you wear. Learn the Mask Profiling technique to better
understand the why's that trigger the mask you wear. Tele-course and
workbook - $75 per session - 3 sessions = $225
Curiosity - The Fountain of Youth - rediscover the curious side of yourself. Put the
excitement back into your life. Once again look at life through the eyes
of an innocent. Reignite the sparkle in your eyes and the spring in your
step. Relaxation and mediation cd/tape. Reconnecting and centering
within yourself. Tele-course $75 per session.
Energy Centers within You - Understand how the energy centers within you
communicate. Heartache, sick to your stomach, frog in your throat,
backache, pressure on you chest, these are all ways you energy centers are
trying to communicate with you. Learn to understand what these feelings
mean and what you can do about them. CD/Tape, workbook and personalized
sessions. Tele-course - $75 per session.
